1. Efforts to bring all sub castes (53) under one roof from nook and corner of the world. Members are of Sangams, Associations. VOC Peravai, etc. Joining together to form federation.

2. Formation of district committees, trainings and briefing of guidelines and meeting

3. Strengthen administration by involving our community persons in the government Via Group I and group IV.

IMPLEMENTATION

IMPA oﬃce is running in various districts and provides College seats, spoken language classes, computer training, tailoring classes, TNPC Exam Training Programs, Police Training classes, coaching Classes and IAS, IPS coaching Classes through Sankar I.A.S Academy for selected persons and B2B Training Programs, Chennai. The following districts are beneﬁted more than 5000 students have attended the classes arranged.

7. WOMENS WING

The women's team has been formed and is working to integrate all the women in the society. From time to time special meetings are held to bring together the women of the community who are pioneers in our society.

8. DOCTORS WING

IMPA Clinic is working with a team of VOC doctors to bring together all the doctors in our community for further emergency treatment in order to meet the medical need of the community people.

9. ADVOCATES WING

A team of lawyers has been started and is working with all the Impa lawyers to solve the legal problems faced by the people of our community on a daily basis and to provide further legal advice.

10. YOUTH WING

The IMPA Youth wing has been formed for the unity and development of the youth of our community and Mr. G.V. Selvam, Vice President, VIT University, Vellore is the leader of this youth wing.

11. B2b (BUSINESS TO BUSINESS)

Impa State Treasurer Mr. Appu R. Chandrasekhar is the Chief Coordinator for the B2B organization which includes business leaders in our community to ensure the growth of the community. Impa B2B operates in 13 districts namely Chennai, Kanchipuram, Vellore, Dharmapuri, Salem, Karur, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Dindigul, Tirunelveli, Madurai and Bangalore.

13. IMPA Team members attend about 675 meetings to meet community people in all districts of Tamil Nadu. They have travelled about 4,05,500 kilometres to attend the meeting .
